We're trying to surrender in war but we get a message that there is a server error every time we try. King/Steward have both tried with no luck...

Ok, so we finally were able to surrender 55 minutes after trying (and yes, we were over min time when we started trying to surrender and had not hit in the two hour gap). Thanks to the bug, we got hit an extra 11 times.
