Why should Elit not be able to dodge Havoc? This is what doesn't make sense. The robbing was ok, there was no CF in place. The notice was legit, Havoc followed terms. AMA initiated a legitimate hostile with Sanc. Nothing was wrong with any of this until Havoc doubled AMA. One party acted wrongly here, Havoc.

You can't preach fair 1vs1 while attempting to justify a 2vs1, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If Sanc didn't want the hostile to proceed and AMA wouldn't CF, THEN I would wave with Havoc. Only then.

I'm not trying to say this was one sided and Abs was completely in the right and Elit completely in the wrong. I'm just saying that things would have been much less complicated if Elit just cf'd sanc in post war when Havoc warned him they would notice once he was out of post war. Instead he mistakenly thought that not cfing them would prevent Havoc from giving a valid notice and that led to problems for all.

It is just weak that sanctuary robbed them and you 100% knew that Havoc was going to wave / hostile / notice them. Although after the whole proteus scandal with the bet the "we didn't know" doesn't wash...

This could have been stopped on page 2 if Sanc admitted they knew what they were doing and played "dirty" to get revenge on elit announcing to the server of the 0 thief banks... That would of been "acceptable" and understandable and Elit was right to wave you back, Pew Pew noticing you was like Havoc noticing MA...

But the notice deal didn't have anything saying that they had to retract notice if the kingdom they noticed went and waved someone else after getting notice.

He thought he was going for the "sure thing" by dodging notice to use his pool, but instead he exposed himself to a worse position.

Thing is sanc did start oping, and AMA still got waved while hiting/ops we're being exchanged between sanc/AMA. I agree elit made a bad move and its questionable if the notice was valid/invalid, but the actual hostile between AMA/Sanc didnt stop because sanc stopped attacking for 12 hours.

The way things look AMA got double hostiled by havoc (bad form)... a few hours later PewPew waved sanc ensuring that AMA could fight 1v1 vrs havoc and sanc would fight 1v1 v pewpew...a reasonable move.

That is unless

Prot if you notice someone and they then wave someone outside of declare range you still wave them.
They know a hostile is coming and shouldn't start another one. If them and sanc had been anywhere near the same size we would have waited.

In the top a notice is essentially a hostile.

Anyway all is done now. We see how goes from here.

any of this is true. Because if it is i can take the concept to the extreme.

1.Say im a "small kd" i get "randomed" by a top kd and wave back. As im so much smaller than themtheir fight w/me doesnt place them hostile and any kd is free to wave them. Even if i have the meter to 180 points and ops are being exchanged because im so much smaller theres no hostile.
2. I can never notice 2 kds because a notice is a hostile, and by noticing 2 kds im starting a double hostile, and saying i dont mind both kds attacking me.

This conflict has proven that Elit is nowhere near invincible.. he is really gettin buttraped by Havoc and Sanctuary. Props to those two kingdoms for a game well played, they are really dominating this match up, I'd say.

I consider beating you in Age 51, there is no way you can really argue otherwise. You got the drop on us this age after war, we did not have time to train up properly to have a good fight so you got a wave for it.

In Age 51 you were the one who noticed and both sides had ample time to train, there was prolonged exchange of hits and Rage took a lot of acres from both kingdoms in spite of 1v2, inspite of FW, etc so if you dont think I can consider proving as we were better than you that age you have some issues.

How is it embracing myself to merely mention something that happened. If one kd fights another and gains land from them in that fight, is saying "We gained X land embracing yourself? Just because AMA beat Sanc does not mean they would beat Havoc those two things are not correlated. Half of the reason for sanc losing was not knowing about the lack of the fort tpa penalty - Havoc knew about that from watching what happened to sanc and would not fall prey to the same move.
