Restart afterward for sure, but restarting or stopping now makes no sense.

If they stop now, then no one plays the game til its back up.

If they keep it up, then those who can get in get to keep playing. Once its fixed, reset so those who lost out aren't punished. Surely that is fair?
I definitely agree, however, they're definitely not resetting anything though once this problem is resolved; the sad truth.
