two kingdoms that have no business in the top 5 in land are about to war. will it be an exciting one or will both sides bumble around trying to find their war page? settlers dropped 72 hour notice on the U. say what you will but that takes some balls.

edit: settlers did rather well in the ghetto warring tier whereas the U has had very few wars.
