So if enforcing mutual deals is a community based code, why can't enforcing fair play without bullying be community code as well? Cause it doesn't benefit the high and mighty and only the oh let's say 2000 players that aren't competing for crowns? This is exactly the problem that most of the competing players don't get. You need those 2000 players. But yet you give them no way to enjoy the game. Most don't come to the forum , they just quit.
