Yes, with the war win bonus, CR is at 12k acres. Their explore pool around 15k. So if no one touch them, they should be on par with emeriti who is now at 30.7K Perhaps with not much in pool.

Question is will Emeriti behave like a gentleman, give time for CR to grow and fight?
