Yeah, but there's a problem with randoms this age, catty.
There are almost none, and those that I get never seem to activate their accounts.

We have got 1-2 randoms awaiting activation every day this age,they either kill themself asap or just leave their provs there,out of those 100 awaiting 1 have activated and that was a n00b going inactive after one week...
please change whole activation thing or something ffs,we cant even move in new provinces cause of this constantly awaiting activation provinces

Normally I would Lead Pipe but I've been micro managing ( to a degree ) Imperials for years, end of last age work transferred me to another state and I thought this would be a good time to sit back and let some one else run the kingdom.
So its their issue and frustration.

When you move or trade a province it dies.
What you are seeing in your paper is people creating accounts and then moving/trading them into other kingdoms.
It only looks like they are killing themselves asap.
That makes sense, I am just suprised there are that many move codes out there. :P lol
Good point Mourhelm, would be nice if that could be changed. But a big part of it is likely the massive multi problem we've been experiencing this age.

Scripting more like. It is kind of bad when you get two messages in the same hour saying the same thing and the provinces dying again in the same hour. Plus it's the same message everyone is posting on these boards.

Also, you can "trade in" without having a WoL account, just a master account, supposedly.
