    Add options to have heavily massacred provinces recover faster. Examples:

    *Allow wizards to be aided
    This will result in heavily massacred provinces being able to recover faster and it would add an extra dimension to the spellcasting strategies

    *Add a spell to 'reveal individuals with magical abilities within the population'
    This spell (that could cost either alot of runes or 90-100% mana) would increase the rate wizards are drafted, for example 4 times as fast for 24 hours

    *Allow peasants to be aided
    Again to help heavily massacred provinces recover faster and it would make for interesting war strategies to send away peasants to prevent them from getting massacred in the first place

    *Add a spell to 'have your peasants hide in shelters'
    This spell is basically a reversed Town Watch. Your peasants will hide themselves from the enemy so the peasant losses in massacres will be 75% lower, while your income during the spells duration is lowered by 25%

    1. Make shadowlight timed

    2. Fix the paper issues with missing attacks/aid, etc.

    3. Don't allow dragons to be sent to/from kingdoms who are in CF

    4. Show the cancelling of dragons in both papers, the same as the creation.

    5. Show MP in paper when offered during war

    6. Paradise - either reduce the cost or increase the gains. it's WAY too expensive for 3-4 acres a pop. i know it was reduced because of the whoring alliance kds, but it seriously penalizes those of us who use it legitimately

    7. Allow monarch's message to include the use of <cr> in order to format it to make it more easily readable instead of like a runon sentence.

    8. Forums - please add the functionability of poster being able to edit or delete their own posts

    Very much NO to this, well organized kingdoms will just aid the max untaxed wizards to one province at a time let them run a LL run with 20-30 mod wpa, then send the wizards to the next province and repeat, do you see the problem here? A kingdom of DE with no rune cost could easily LL 25% off each province they are warring before making an attack.

    Give Orcs free/cheaper draft or free access to accelerated training or both (Improve Orcs for Attacking)
    -Possible Abuse?/Negative: Orc Shepherd with Inspire Army cast

    Give Dark Elves an income penalty such as +50% wages (Nerf DE)

    I also would like to see dicing take away acres from the explore pool on a 1 to 1 ratio (Nerf DE dicers & Dicing in general)

    Remove Honor Loss during war, it's more of a penalty for legitimate wars instead of KDs who fake war. (Improve wars)

    Give a longer post war recovery time like 48-72 hours, preventing vulturing that a KDs monarch can cancel if the KD desires (Improve wars)

    Elves wages -25%/-30% from 50%. else make their elite a tad more expensive, 50gc or so.

    Orcs should get free draft, but as VT2 said keep it at none/normal.
    cheaper mercs is an option mixed with lower science costs which are pretty high atm.

    Remove honour losses in war.

    DEs are popular but by no means the best race.

    The problem you are sketching is a result of flawed LL though, however I will acknowledge your objection and make the following adjustment to my suggestion:

    *Allow wizards to be aided out of war only

    This will result in heavily massacred provinces being able to recover faster after war

    I hope you do agree that aiding wizards can be beneficial.

    its still abusable, bytes, you get mystics running buckets of guilds pumping everybodies wpa, similiar to the orc soldier banks that were claimed from way back when. unless wizards had a high tb value of course but i think no no no
