My bet is we'll get no less than three days of delay, and the unveiling of any actual changes/implementation of them, is going to be delayed for at least one full day.

Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with ghettos and low-tiered teams everywhere losing their wells of knowledge to better kingdoms in the process.
Step one: replace everything that works.
Step two: blame the predictable epic fail on outside forces.
Step three: keep the community informed that no progress has been made since the last update.
Step four: thank you for your patience.
meh hope so, i dont want the game to start till next saturday
Well I'm an optimistic by heart, but they did promise to give the final changes today. And since it's way past office hours, I guess this is our first delay. :(
they're computer geeks - office hours don't apply
We'll hear the changes, and then be locked out of the game for around 18 hours. They'll attempt to bring the game back up, find a bunch of bugs, bring the game down for another 12 hours, and just before we are starting, bring it back up. Then during OOP they'll find more errors, and just full their hair out screaming "FIRE FIRE FIRE"
At least thats what I'm predicting.
The World is out there. We are stuck inside Here.
I wouldn't bet on it to be honest -- I think they have Catwalk in a private room implementing all the changes he's interested in.
That wouldn't surprise me at all.

well if you look at their posts moredragons, they can post at anytime, even in the middle of the night
my guess
OMAC is using utopia to secretly plot another holocaust, using us as their soldiers and we dont even know it. they use delays to fuel our hatred and sooner or later, it will happen.
mark my words.

Baby who wants to love me sexy uh?
Baby are you ready to lick me sexy uh uh?
Take off your shoes and suck me sexy!
Baby we’re naked and we’re humpin’ sexy!
Delays again, that sucks truly, but ok they only had like 2+ months to finalize them :S
Clearly, owning such an advanced, time-consuming, and extremely expensive game as Utopia is grounds for massive delays, and lots of broken promises.

I'm betting that preliminary changes go through like CW wanted + anything else he had PMd to roisin (probably why her inbox was full when Bijo tried to message).
About 24 hours of delays too.
Two wrongs don't make a right but three rights make a left.
He didn't send her any suggestions, only attempts at seducing her.
'Cause that's what you do when you're a geriatric 'monarch' of such a massively good kingdom.
