The End of an Era
The best way to find a good science target is look at a kingdom with lots of war wins. And then pick a target for that kingdom. A lot of kingdoms with war wins do science pumps.
They don't attack out of war so you will have to attack them with full army at home but they will have lots of science last age I took a dude for over a mill worth of books. I mean it's shocking how many books these people have. All they do is pump science the switch to a war build and find a war. So find a kingdom with war wins that's not in war mode and you will have yourself a good science target.
Just rembmer your province is going to have to be able to break a full military at home. So your province is going to have to be bad ass.
