FB chain
For a province that got FB a lot during war, with low peasants, is it better to let him alone trying to gather his strength or chain his acres?
Cause I know that it's pretty hard to gain back peasants with MS and Storm on the top. And low peasants means low income. Equal might not be able to attack at time...

As stated by others, let him alone for a while, otherwise you would partly nullify the effects of the FB chain.

Well, it does depend on who he is.
smart Gnome/Rogue goes on a smart kidnapping + steal streak to make sure he/she doesn't lose troops. So you'd ALSO have to make sure the person can't steal your peasants. I've survived wars by spending 25% of my daily stealth to kidnappings. They hated me, in the end they quit fireballing and I gained acres. Happy me.
Dumb players should be fireballed. Make sure they don't think of kidnapping as an option (so pick a low TPA guy).
