    Happiness level

Bring back the happiness level. A ruler should be governed by his people. It will make it so that province that are runned well will gain extra perks. So people do not want to war and a Happiness level make the game more fun for the people just want to see how well they can run their province. And make it more comprehensive. In other words make it very hard for province to reach the top happiness level but if they do their kingdom will begin to gain honor along with any other bonuses that may come along with having a utopia.

No one said anything about making war a bad thing. I'm just asking for another way to gain honor. Ofcourse the happiness level path will be much more harder to do than warring, however, it is a way for kingdoms that do not want to war to be able to gain honor.

Correct me if wrong but in the old happiness system, your people grew bored if you didn't war and tired if you warred too long. War was definately a part of the happiness system.

Being ecstatic was fairly easy and the bonuses were nice enough. But it did require a lot of micro management and switching all the time.
Too much war bad, no war bad as well. Attack bigger people good, bottom feeding your not honorable, etc. etc.

Personally I thought the happiness system was funny and I don't mind it coming back. But getting honor for it? No way!

    Vines for president.
Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with ghettos and low-tiered teams everywhere losing their wells of knowledge to better kingdoms in the process.

Step one: replace everything that works.
Step two: blame the predictable epic fail on outside forces.
Step three: keep the community informed that no progress has been made since the last update.
Step four: thank you for your patience.

happiness was the worst thing ever, it would just be like stickin the final knife in to bring that crap back

if you took 4~ spells, of any kind, you had a negative magic penalty for at least 3-4 human days, thievery too

attackers had it terrible, they were stuck in rioting\rebellious all age, once you made rioting\rebellious, there was no coming back, for the entire age, till martial law came about, but even then that was beyond awful

25% BE, 50% militery effiency, try and it see the fun of needing 40% farms to just not starve

Hmm funny my attacker was ecstatic most of the time.

Anyway, although I enjoyed it as I thought the thing was funny. I don't think it would be a good thing to bring back to Utopia. For one thing it requires too much micro management and attention.

It was 'interesting,' but not 'funny,' 'fun,' or 'neat.'
Just a raw experiment on Mehul's part, that he most likely kept going for as long as possible as a cruel joke.

I'm well aware most people didn't like it. I didn't claim it was funny as in that's the community census, just that it gave me a few laughs. I guess I got a sadistic streak and love psychological pain :)
