When players have a history of unethical play towards me, I respond the same way. When the person doing the negotiations for you has broke a NAP with me with no warning in the past, why shouldn't I treat you the same way?

Here are hostile terms agreed upon by ABS, HaLL and the AABS group (in lack of better name):

4(1) Active Hostile: Two kingdoms exchaning hits (5 hits from both side the current day.
12(2) Active Hostile: Hostile ends when one part ceases attacks and offers cease fire.
4(3) Active Hostile: If kingdom A waves Kingdom B and the aggressor runs to FW; then they are free to hit after 2 hours if the waved kingdom announce they will not hit into FW
12(4) Interference It should be kept strictly 1 vs 1.
4(5) Crystal Eye: Make sure you take a CE and judge if it is a legal target or not. If you believe you need to approach the kingdoms to find out if it is active or not then do so.

If a kingdom wants to retal, they're welcome to. FWs are FAKE. It's ****ing stupid to think that it's even remotely close to a REAL war. Why do fake wars have any right to protection?

Real wars and hostiles are considered protected because the kingdom is actively fighting another kingdom, and so it puts them in a multiple v 1 situation. Fake wars, definitionally, are not an active fight.

So by your standard, a kd can sit in fw in full explore mode burning up 30k acres of pool and nobody is allowed to touch them. I have to say, I have read all pages and laughed at so much I have some tears streaming now. Hitting into a FW is wrong? Stoffi..HaLL hit into our fw :D So Stoffi should slap them around a bit?
