I do not say that there is no cheaters. I'm just telling that 2 KDs lost per 7 provinces (exact numbers) and no one tell why. There is no cheating in these provinces. Most of the provinces disappeared in my KD are couple years old... No need to cheat...
They lost those players because the players in question were not legit.
Next time, be content with the moves OMAC gives you.

If I'm not mistaken 1-2 ages ago S&B posted that they are not sure is this a DOS attacks vs the server or not. Are they know what doing?
I doubt Utopia is so hard to manage.
Check Travian - game way more active and required way more resources and still working ok.
