Experienced player looking for good KD

I played a long time ago and I want to get back into the game. I have been in several Top 50 kingdoms in the past. Included are Heroes of Absalom, The Naked Kingdom(Top 50 finish as 1:1), Insomnia, and Meanies. Haven't played for 5 or so years so these may seem ancient. I barely remember them myself.

Looking to play attacker and I can actively keep my armies out. Have ICQ/MSN. Willing to use IRC and pimp(Do u still use this?).

Being new again I need a little guidance(Race advice, Build order, attacking advice, etc.) but I am able to do my own target finding and such.
