Growth is never stagnant . One can always keep warrying and losing and gaining acres and regaining land, do more plunders etc, theres not such thing as a perfectly static province when one wars a lot .
Even if you had maxed out all of your science , all leets army whatever super wpa tpa , the perfect province, in war someone is going to learn you, raze you, trad you, ns you, etc .
1500 max acres is the recommended size for the ghetto. This is what will keep you safe from the vultures and keep you fighting people at your level.
If you want to quit the game cause you get pissed off that your kd cant retal for you and bigger kds are always picking on you, then go ahead max gain everytime.
you may not exhaust wol to extinction and retire, it would be too dangerous to release you into the real world with all the free time in your hands . God knows what you would be doing if utopia didnt exist. It?s for the best of everyone including yourselves that wol never dies and you are trapped in here for life until you see the wrongness of your ways

Realest: Say your kingdom waves a ghetto and they, knowing that they are inferior, do not declare and instead retal war you indefinitely. They don't have the activity to give you the button. What is the best way to bait such a kd into battle?

Well boss, i'd rather learn, become decently good, then help the others in my kingdom learn, and then compete with the vultures.
I play for fun, but its not fun being mediocre, or the best of the worst.
To get back on track, whats the best way to get more activity out of your kingdom

I dont want to spam realest post so this will probably be my last one in a while
jo3momma ,you seem kinda stuck in a belief that staying at 1500 acres and warrying non stop is useless mediocre and that you wont learn anything from it ? I wonder what is best, to war non stop keeping sizes or to war non stop max gaining. What do you think will teach you the most without your provinces defecting due to bottomfeeding from people that you cant retal against ?
Whats so wrong about winning some war wins in a row against people at your own level or lower, giving confidence to the kingdom, being able to test war strategies and knowing what your provinces are capable of ?
Building the morale and the lack of fear from losing , and lack of fear that your kd will disband if seriously trashed?
Staying at the same size, max 1500 acres guarantees that you will face all kind of kingdoms, some harder that others, you might even lose and all that.
On the contrary if you go max gains all the time, and win 2 wars, youll pretty much end up losing every war afterwards , what kind of moral your kd will have with 5 war losses in a row compared to 5 war wins ? How much do your provinces will want to play and be active in a kingdom that loses all the time compared to a kingdom that wins all the time ?
Staying small means that you can easily rebuild and recover from a previous war, while if you go max gaining it will take a week or more for any ghetto to be ready to war again, how many wars in a row can you have with max gaining and be ready for each one, vs how many wars in a row can you have being ready if you keep your sizes.
Again , gaining acres is nothing more than an ego trip, a professional player that has played other games other than utopia can clearly see the advantages to staying at a size than trying to chew up acres and miserably failing .
Take it from a pro, if you are in a ghetto try staying small, max 1500 acres, once you easily beat 10 kingdoms in a grow and have a tight team of mofos that like destroying and pillage then go for 2000 acres, then for 2500 and so on.
Its pretty much like a light weight eating himself up so semi heavy weight just to be pounded so bad that he has to quit boxing. Aint nothing wrong in learning and getting better .
If you want to turbo into the top 30 then find an already set up kingdom that takes you, a lot of semi organized to organized kds are in need for players, look at the top 100 kds in see how many dont fill up 25 players, take your chances there, offer to pay up the 40 credits for the invite, prove yourself worthy with money
Instead of blindingly being against things you dont agree with, you should force yourself to see the reason behind it however hard it might be .
As for making the kd more active, join a more active kd, or 2 kill everyone who is not active.
If your provinces do not obey you when you tell them to kill someone , it really means that everyone in that kd is worthless for your goals.
If your goal is to have a 25 player kd that can compete against top 100 to top 30 kds, then you need only people that are commited to the game.
Killing everyone who is not up for this is way easier than trying to motivate people into playing.
If you want to motivate people into being more active you need to win wars , give proper orders, givfe the right targets, the kd must feel like its making progress at all times . When the kd feels like its stagnant, make up an emergency somehow.
Look how your polititians rule you in real life, making up chaos and making the population be scared all the time, make your provinces feel the fear that if they are not active everything will be lost and misery and destruction will come.
That said keep in mind that its really hard to have a kd more than 70% active at all times.
Some people get lazy some times but are very active at other times. The trick if you are a monarch is to have contact with whomever is active at the time. Use your kd chat , and send private messages to the people that are active at the time. Some people might need a rest sometime so dont push them until they feel like coming back to track again.
Managing the kd is an effort of everyone, eventually if you are doing good, you should have 3 people that are able and willing to take on monarchy , maybe you cant be monarch for a week or 3 and someone else can take your place, and when they get drained someone else or you again can take it. IT has to be a team effort. And splitting and sharing monarchies should not be a problem every.
If there is bad energy in the kingdom, people attacking each other and so on , activity will reduce naturally.
Remember that its best not to debate or argue, but to discuss and comment.
Everyone should post what they think, and not be ridiculed for their thoughts. Instead of replying to individual posts, let everyone have their say, and promote that no one argues against or debates against anyone else ideas, but instead just post what they think themselves as if they had not read anything before.
When everyone says what they think in a clean way , then you can start commenting on posts from others , by then all of you will have a more clear picture of what to do.
If instead from start people start arguing , debating, agreeing or disagreeing , you will be stucked in that circle forever.
Get out of that circle asap and youll see results effective immediately .
btw you should try to see why you think staying small is mediocre or the best of the worse. If you go really really deep into it youll see the falseness of your arguments . Or you cant stay stuck in them

easy answer, commit to learning and join a kd that has someone that can teach you... all gameplay in the ghetto means absolutely nothing other than you may (or may not) understand what all of the abbreviations are.
There's enough kds recruiting that more or less understand the game and require what they require. Top 10 gameplay can be no more than 10 minutes of active Utopia a day for MOST players. 45mins-1hr a day of focus is standard in war and goes up with commitments and inversely with skill level (better kds = less time needed), but you do need to be able to run your own prov which might take a good number of ages to understand. If you're really pressed for time, good players can go explorer/bank and commit to less than 15 minutes a day easy.
Just find somewhere you can learn and you can be on the path to getting out of the ghetto fairly quickly if you're not incredibly stupid.
