This is my province. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My province is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
My province, without me, is useless. Without my province, I am useless.
I must attack hard with my province. I must attack harder than my enemy who is trying to pk me. I must pk him before he pk's me. I will...
but i got this from the small guide in utopia before creating the province...

hmm, does "-20% theivery operation success" or "-20% spell success" just mean that there's a 20% chance that if you do an op it will fail? Or is this still effectiveness?
nobody can confirm for me?
did you even see the other link i posted :p
the game has some bugs in the beginning of all ages... trust Landros post, thats the official changes announced by Bishops... the Survey is wrong, so, why wouldnt be the ingame guide???

Its not that we dun trust the wiki guide or the forum or anyting. Is just that when i click on the ingame guide it features every updated info that the wiki guide and forum has and has additional info of this particular -40% spell duration which is something tat is not very welcome..
Imagine casting MP and getting only 4-6 hours? I cant even slp and wake up with MP still on??
From the looks of it, it seems more detailed.
thats why I told you to trust the forum post... if its not in there, its not in game... that easy...
"There's no Knowledge that's not Power."
This ingame guide is funny, it also has this for undead:
+567% Plague Contagiousness
Who creates this ? Is it from the devs ?
And if it is made by the game developers, how can you say that bishops post would override what the devs actually put online ingame ? I know bishop is discussing stuff with them and getting info and stuff all the time, but it is hard to imagine they would put some info online unless they actually programmed it into the game as well.
It seems that you are incapable of even thinking that the posted changes could be wrong.. is this some kind of religion or what's the reason for that ?
Fact is the information is different ingame and in the forum. Since we don't know which piece of info is older or more correct I wouldn't be so fast to rule out any possibility.
I would love to think that the ingame guide is just some old leftovers from .. well from when actually ? Orcs never had -40% spell duration or did they ? So maybe it is something that was considered but not actually implemented.. we simply cannot know.
