I've been following this thread because its oh so funny but I haven't had made any posts in here - I have nothing to contribute. You got one side claiming "powerplay" and you have the other side Lolling at them.

Just observing this event I highly doubt that Mumindalen would block for anyone, they declared someone who gave them button. Don't know how declaring someone you got waved by would be considered powerplaying, I had a lot of fun reading that post :)) Had I been in Mumindalen's position I would declare too, why give a wave when you can fight.

That said, this is simply smart play. Abs have been doing it since time memorial so to not expect it is simply poor play. If #3 is as bad as Anri claims, then Simians should have dominantly farmed them at a higher rate than #1 can dice away. However, because Simians is simply not that good, sending Fury at them is more than sufficient to bump them as Rage dices away safely. As JSS would say, at the end of the day, nothing of value is lost.

As much as i hate to say it, Realest is correct!

We did not gain more then about 4k from them. Them declaring and them WDing in a good time cutt their losses and we were unable to farm as much as we would have liked. Ideal would have been to get a free wave, but we took a chance. They did the correct move looking at the bigger picture. Securing the top for the alliance. Nothing out of the ordinary. I am sure Dreams would have made a lot better job farming them. But i am not dreaming...

Just to clarify, Simians netted some 3600 acres after war+hostile. If I understand correctly, that number would have been higher but abs withdrew right before their top 3k acre prov was to be chained down.
Doesn't seen like farming to me. It looked like a very even war.

So just to clarify, you gained 6k acres in the hostile, then in war lost 2.3k acres? That puts you both on about even acres overall, allowing for war gains, if not them up a few acres.

That's not farming them. That's an unprepared kd meeting you head on and performing solidly.

In many cases the top aint the "top". Spoilers gave us 29 free hits n fury lost a war and we gained 4k out it. total gain 7k from abs. i say its worth. Whos next....
