I briefly played as monarch in a ghetto KD years ago. So I haven't ever dealt with this but would like to the strategy of all this. I was wondering about the big picture KD relations aspect of the game.

Specifically involving CF's, CF Terms, War terms, etc. I was wondering how that works. How the big boys operate. Thank you for your time. And thank you for this thread. Very helpful, learned alot from it this age.

You acquire an advantage and use said advantage to impose the terms you wish. Often it comes down to a compromise, and everyone goes back to life
