I don't know much about IRC scripts, but you could use Lucidbot. It has a built in news formatter, which is very easy to use.
Well does this work for you? It has been in my signature for a while, it pops up in first place when you type "utopia news formatter" in google.....
well.. i was looking for a script that will format the output of the formatter so its not so 'spammy' for easy posting into irc.
I do enjoy your formatter and thank you for your time and efforts. Im just wanting to change the output for my chat needs.
