Stop saying things you know to be incorrect. Robbing jumped from 50 ops/day to 500 ops/day immediately after the notice was announced. Realest in-gamed us immediately bragging about how anri had asked him to do it.

But you're right, they have been robbing top kingdoms for a while. Anri knew this when he announced to them that they'd served notice.
