however, if not:

to get accurate military to send on hits you need to take a spy on throne (thief op) with 20% + 1 of your thieves. copy it so angel pops up a window showing the troops. Then you must get a spy on military. Use 10 thieves for this. SOM shows troops out with perfect accuracy. Subtract all troops that are out on attacks as shown in the SOM from the numbers in angel. This will give you defence home with 3% innacuracy. Coupled with the games random factor you will need to send 1.073 times the final defence angel shows.

eg: undead/cleric has 5k d specs 3k elites (aswell as 5k o specs and 8k horses but these dont count towards defence so can be ignored)

he attacks and you take a som showing 1408 leets and 160 soldiers are out (the only troops providing defence) these are subtracted from the sot:

Lets say angel makes this 24,200 defence - you must send 24,200*1.073=25,977 offense on the war page to break this with 100% certainty
