I'm new on these forums, however I am not new to this game. I know for a fact the higher level kingdoms have their own software they use for target finders and such. Stinger and other sites like it. Are these against the rules to use? I know they contain bots that scroll automated information in irc and they contain target finders themselves. Does your kingdom use stinger bishop? Or another program like this? I'm not for or against this guys site I just want to be clear on rules as to not break any.
