    they both have banks, no one is going to initiate through fort and risk losing -50% gains on bank hits. One side will hit to 3 first, then hit to 7, the other side will match, and whomever has lesser op power will end up giving the button.

    Its very simple...The pressure is on MA not on Sanc.

    Because if MA does nothing every other abs kd will close in on land...So if MA wants too grow away from the abs pack they gotta beat them.

    Dunno what cf deals Elite has made with the other abs kd...but if he has eoa cf deals with the rest than this war will be very important too MA or else he gotta battle a few more times :)
