U pm'ed me asking for war and when i didn't reply you for 1/2 a day you pm'ed me back, saying how shameless my kd was that we didn't dare to fight you bla, bla with ridiculous insults. So i left fort ready to fight but you were a big chicken despite being 110% land/nw larger you ran into fort after we came out of fort. When I asked why did you run to fort, you replied ,"you will come out when you want to come out and pumped to a nw 115% larger all this while sending multiple taunt banners to my kd saying we were chickens when no.1 you ran into fort despite already being 110% land/nw larger to pump even more.

The best part is sending me pm's and taunts but not having the BALLS to make a single hit(The very thing you accuse Sanctuary of, have you no shame, hypocrite?). Then you tagged hostile and waved another kd with 2 hits not even giving hostile ops.

I would have ignored you because u're a cockroach, you only come out during the dark to do your nasty crap but what did you do? Steal from us for 2 days while trying to run away from us by not hitting us at all. All this despite being 115% land/nw larger, SHAMELESS.

Honestly after checking your intel and after you pump i shouldn't have waved you, but you being the shameless, balless thrash that you are wanted button even though u were bigger in size/nw and you did all the shameless low ball tricks, insulting and running into fort, stealing war stock when you said u dont want to war anymore u're looking for other targets, sending multiple taunts but running away then u claim a double hostile. Even with all the advantages you got by pulling lame tricks to gain gc/nw/etc advantages u didn't gain +acres or honour when we wd'ed and only got the war bonus.

Sure its spikeys fail for tell Tivoli there is not hostile action. About 10 points meter, its what did Tivoli to us too (10-12meter), and they put in his kd name tag Hostile. So we ended from one side oped from spikeys and from second hit from Tivoli.
For example last age Rage and Pulse had hostile ops for 48h and trade 8-9 hits for this time.

1. Our banner is in good fun, we don't mind being hit, we were amused that your opening wave was only 2 hits for a full tick though. We didn't know if you wanted to fight or just randommed.
2. You gave us ops, we used them.
3. Tivoli did ask if we were hostile to you, after that you only hit us to 12 points on the hostile metre after a full day, It seemed pretty safe to assume you weren't interested in warring us.
4. We'd have declared on you if you'd given a button. I think your words are "brave enough". but you never did.
5. We ambushed you before we knew about any other kingdoms actions.
6. I was never approached with an offer of CF, and your kingdom never sent me one to "Refuse"

War cant be declared without a button. Your kingdom name and message to me saying we should "just war you" made no sense then, or now.

Nah, Polar Bears have done the same thing many times! Examples is when they pm'ed me for war/sent taunt banners but ran into fort to pump and explore and not give button even thought they were 115% bigger while stealing from me. So why should anyone who notice them give them button? They do the same thing. :)

Man you are sure so n00b. Look for example this age. Our meter with sanctuary is constant under 5 for both kds, but we are in active action from few days. Sure its hostile for both kds.

Last age Spikey kd made massive AW run on one from our prov and cost him 0.5-1 raw wpa. Its clear hostile action and when i try in game diplo was ignored.
About Tivoly, we asked for war and don't get reply for few days. Your kd is not only kd we asked! Every other kd reply for less 12h. You sit in fort stance 4 days for pump and jump on us when we started hostile with another kd in range, not 60% smaller! Making random plunders is normal when you don't full wave. Every waring kd make it for get gold for his dragons.

p.s. We got not only WW bonus but land and honor.
