BoB is a fine kingdom with a few dickheads.

If you fake war you deserve to get deleted. About 80% sure this was fake war and thats good enough for me. But in the end only game supports opinion matter, like in sport, while you might question the ref about penalty is never going to get overturned. The key to show how good you are is to come back next age and play by the refs rules.

Fake war all day long! I told my KD mates that it`s something awkward about their war, since Psychosis had no chance in hell winning that war. It was obvious it involved some kind of a deal btw them. So, I agree with Bishop`s decision.
PS: I bet next age they will not get to 5 wins since they will know all eyes will be on them and they won`t be able to use their „abilities“ of winning wars!

All the bull**** aside. They got caught cheating and got zapped for it. Why are we even discussing this? One thing is being reported, another thing is being reported & zapped (zap = you are guilty as charged). Why would a 20 prov kd fight a 25 kd with 7/7 in the first place? I checked that war, and 0 provinces were chained and i repeat NONE. They just traded hits back and forth with no tactic behind it other then the "terms" agreed on. If thats not fakewarring i dont know what is. "Yo we leave your bigs alone and you give us WW, mk?" <-- do you really want the crown that bad that you would stoop to this level to get it? You are disliked by alot of kds, but that doesn't affect the decission to reset your ww record and zap both monarchs. Your rep just went from bad to terrible.

I did notice in the ED thread Bishop seemed like he had a personal dislike for Debauchery. Did this influence is decision? Not sure.. what I do think is fair is that the utopian community should be able to see which province Bishop is playing so we know he isn't being biased.

Personal feelings don't enter into this. Game rules were violated and action taken. This was verified by a developer, not because I was unsure or because I need a second opinion, but because I am unable to reset war wins myself.

After further discussion, their monarch Majig approached me saying that their kd would agree to war us (even though they would likely lose, which he admits), as long as we agreed to only send 1 dragon each, not make more than 4 attacks per province, and to avoid purely destructive ops (NS/prop, instead we did a lot of kidnaps and resource stealing). They also indicated that they wanted to finish war 'up' in acres.

And you're surprised you got deleted and your ww's reset?

I can understand Sig's viewpoint on why the player base here is dwindling.

Afaik the player base has been pretty stable for a bunch of ages now.

Lastly, does everyone here agree that the punishment is just? I am fine losing my province, but having the record set to 0/0 is way over the top! If one war was deemed a 'fake-war', shouldn't our record be 7/8? This is just another indication that the moderators making these decisions have a strong bias against us.

Based on your war terms yea I agree. And no, since you've clearly traded acres for a win here, you dont deserve to be just 7/8 as you would still get what you're after. It's also questionable how many of your other wars where legitimate.

Actually, I did. And they`ve won, fair and square! I didn`t say they faked all wars, but they faked some wars. Every one knows that 5-6 wars is were most of the warring KD`s finish the age. Mostly because, at least when it comes to honorable KD`s, there are no easy wars. A good, intense war rarely ends at minimum time, but rather after 4-5 days or so. Adding the pre-war days and the time spent on finding a good target, you end up spending almost 8-10 days every war. Plus the time spent rebuilding after this wars, especially now, when exploration cost are so damn high during EOWCF and surely you have at least 2-3 provinces chaind to a few hundred acres. So you end up spending almost 2 weeks btw wars. So you see, the average number of wars per age is somewhere around 5-6 wars! You can go higher if you enter wars unprepared or if you don`t give a damn about winning (witch is not the case for top warring KD`s) or if you fake some wars. Like Debauchery did now („We agreed that we'd declare, that we would not hit more than 4x per province (i.e. no chaining), and we'd avoid destructive ops. There was no other way we would war them, as a max gains slap-fest is fun whether we'd win or lose, but just watching our provinces get chained to the ground is not fun. We didn't necessarily ask to be "up" in land, more that we didn't want to have to spend 5 days rebuilding (hence the limit on destructive ops and chaining). So we agreed on terms and after a 24-hour max gains marathon, we agreed to withdraw as soon after the minimum time as possible if they'd let us get back to where we started“). This proves they arrange for another war win and, at the same time, maked sure they will be ready very soon for another war since they agree to „avoid destructive ops“!

Strippers is still a great warring kingdom beside this setback .At least they won fairly 4-5 wars this round, ask those kingdoms who got bashed by them.ED is one of them.Thier last war was very fishy indeed.

I find it funny that in this warring game you can steal and you can kill but negotiating war terms where you are still killing and stealing is bannable.

I remember when top kds would 'fake war' and escape enemies by jumping into a war with an ally with no attacks/ops and that was considered a fake war. Some one pointed out the last kd to receive this kind of punishment had a player defect from their kd and the defected player would continuously attack his former kd to insinuate wars... again that sounds like a good definition of a fake war. These are good definitions of a fake war because it is based on actions not talk. Sweet talking an enemy into war is impossible to moniter fully because it can happen behind closed doors. From the way the war went it seemed to Debauchery inflicted alot of pain on Psychosis-- Out Max gaining them for 24 hours to secure the win then switching to learn attacks all while ops were being exchanged. From the honor charts Psychosis even took quite a bit of honor of Debauchery. From my eyes it looks like a legit war.. Debauchery being punished for being nice to Psychosis is a little silly isnt it. If I were a newbie to this game (like many think;p) and saw in the rules 'Fake Wars' are not allowed I doubt I would consider the Debauchery vs Psychosis a 'fake war'.

Fake wars where allowed back then, allowed in the sense of no action was taken against them.
They've widely announced that fake wars and wars under certain terms are not allowed and will be actioned. The terms they set indicate a trade from acres versus a warwin, which is in violation with the rules that fall under the term 'fake war'.
