Hmmm, I believe dechauery is not the only kingdom who had been stealing from kingdom that were in eowcf. Or is it a coincidence to make dechauery the first one to be punished to stop the rest from doing such mistake again? I think this issue was brought up in another thread as well. Some argued that you should beef up your tpa fthe first thing when war ended. This story is like a person leaving a stash of money on a table unattended. Someone found it and took it. Is it the owner fault for not safeguarding it properly or blame on the guy who walk pass and took it away cOnveniently
Yes, others have done it. No, your example does not work.
Boosting TPA is a fine suggestion to PREVENT it from happening to you, on an individual basis. However, this is a community action to PREVENT a kingdom from continuously doing it and thinking it's fine and not actionable. Raze killing provinces is simply a memorable punishment.
Side note... Do you really think that Debauchery can play however you want and that others can't? Do you really think that the people that lost all that gc are like "oops, my bad.. no hard feelings bro" ?

its more like someone climbed over a wall/fence to take it away 'conveniently' if you take the eowcf war status into consideration.. which can be called as theft anyway? :)
If they can steal into other people's war/eowcf with just the excuse of "the game didnt restrict it, so its fair play".. Means its fine for others to hit/op during their active war and etc since it isn't restricted by the game? :)

the whole point of eowcf is to recover. why ruin your econ and draft early. plan and simple a kd of experience players should know better then to steal/hit into eowcf.
2 wrongs does not make a right so what if you raze them down,so by your definition just because someone stole your money you got the right to kill(raze) the culprit or worse other people who are innocent?

Razing a kingdom who doesn't respect war status isn't a "wrong", it's just fair. Your monarch speaks for your kingdom, and your monarch has ignored these warnings all age. Even if there were innocents razed as a result of this, it falls on your monarch's shoulders for putting his kingdom in that situation. I doubt there are any innocents there tho, you all knew what was going on, it's been widely discussed for weeks.

Debauchery did this far many times AND WERE WARNED when it happened. They ignored those warnings and laughed it off. Wont be so funny when action gets taken, hrmm?

If its me i just spend a bit of my ermormous gc to build my tpa and laugh seeing others try to steal the gc,i play this game for fun not for grudges.
