First, I said my mod TPA was at best 25, not 28. Please get your numbers right ;-)....
Again, please check your numbers. with IA, it takes 14 hours to train in war, not 18. And that's to have them all done. You only need to have enough of them by the time you have 4 or 5mil.

sry i missread 28 not 25, still when people are halfers in my kd that sit on 40+mod tpa its gonna take MORE raw tpa to counter stealing than is feasible to ever run..that was my point. The exact number is meaningless.

As for 18 hours i used that because 1 i never cast IA in eowcf (tog>IA by many factors) what your suggesting is that i start drafting instantly during eowcf when you start on 3-4 peasents/acre. then train the second you get gold/solds. Before say rebuilding unbuilt acres, changeing from a build with 40% gs and no banks...its simply not smart and u cost yourself a signicant amount of gold. Ask any GOOD kd and they'll tell u thats dumb.

Second, I don't know what KD you play in, but in mine, all attackers, even orcs and undeads, are expected to run 3TPA raw. I guess not all of them actually run that much, but I'm sure they all sit on at least 2 raw TPA. Perhaps you should consider changing things in your KD?

Im in divinity feel free to intell us we're mostly pumped right now...also have a decent war win record. And yes we could run, more tpa/wpa/def/offense but what we run is up to us and runing stuff like 3 tpa raw on an undead is just stupid. Also dont be "sure" everyone runs at least 2 raw tpa, a well balanced kd can often have attackers on .5 tpa or less. Either way i'd LOVE to war a kd who runs 3 tpa on orcs/undeads it'd be like giving me a free WW.

First: What are you doing to get down to 30% draft?!? Is that standard for you? I rarely drop bellow 50%, and I don't draft more than 65% to start with! If you lose 40% of your military every war, my only guess is that you're doing something wrong to start with!

what are u doing that u dont drop so low. If your a good kd fighting another good kd often times u end at 20% draft as an attacker having started at 75% draft. I used 30% draft as an example on my human and yes that is typical to end war with 30k leets and no thieves on a 3k acre human.

Second: Again, get your numbers straight! Training 7k thieves in eowcf costs 2.45mil, not 5mil. Unless you imply that you're going to train more than 2TPA.

yes i was comparing cost. I train much more than 2 tpa on my human. 5 million was the cost of 4 tpa on my 3600 acre human end of last war. 7k theives causes a LOSS income of 3.2 million. that was the point there.

If that's the case, that means you're going to train those 2TPA anyway. Training them early will cost you 3.2mil, but prevent me from stealing 5. So you save 1.8mil.

or u can play like every other kd in the game and not hit into eowcf and i have all 5 million. keep stealing though and see how it goes for you the last person that did it to me that wasnt in strippers and nearly got pk'd.

In fact, if I see you sitting on 25+ mil gold, you can be sure I'll pass the word around and other TMs in my KD will rob you naked. So that 3.2mil you "lose" actually will allow you to pile up that much money. Tell me, oh please tell me, that you're not naive enough to think you can stack that much money and that nobody will fail to resist the temptation to take it from you!

i think most kds arent willing to get gb'ed theus they dont steal into an eowcf. So 5 million or 40 million however much gold i sit on SHOULD be safe. thats the point of people wanting to gb strippers, let me rebuild how i want, let me go inactive after war, if u want my gold take it when i leave eowcf. But If u steal gold u can expect to pay it back in some way. Also i said i NEED 25+million gold to do my full rebuild a human i wont get anywhere near that much and i'll spend about 3-4 million just rebuilding. Take a look at any human/feary post war they oftentimes sit on 10 million or so just before training, which is almost nothing compared to "big" kds. Look at some of those BIG kds too, a kd in the top 5 will have EVERY person sitting on 20-40 million gold during eowcf and their largest few hitters could easily have 250 million gold on a single person.

Third, I have a very, very hard time believing those numbers. If your prov gets that messed up every war, either you are a terrible player, either you made that up. And I don't think you're a terrible player...

do u want intell to back it up? my last war i ended w/ 1 tpa 3 wpa and 30k leets on a 3700 acre human. I then rebuilt my prov to 80% guilds 10% tower 10% farms. u do the math on the cost to do that, train up and whatnot its ALOT of gold..

Edit: Forth: Drafting that much soldiers will take you most, if not all, of your eowcf anyway, so training those 2raw TPA early... you'll actually be drafting then anyway... you'll just get those 7k soldiers trained into troops that don't get wages right away instead of waiting. So in fact, if you loose that much of your army, training those thieves right away wont even affect your econ!

1.5+pat drafting to 65% from 30% takes 45 hours thats still 51 hours of eowcf that u dont need to to be drafting. considering that u oftentimes actually WANT 75% draftand u dont do it because u simply dont have enough gold thats why eowcf+fort is a common practice.

I totally agree with you there. That's why we're having this conversation. I hope that, with time, people's minds might change. I played this game a while ago, maybe 8 or 9 years ago, and I remember back then, gang bangs were pretty much frowned upon, and Peasant Kills were a very extreme thing that you'd use only when you had clearly won a war and your opponent refused to surrender (no auto-win back then). I left for a few years, and I come back to find that gang bangs are now called "chains" and are at the very center of war strategies.

in what kinda kds did u actually play back then, "chaining" in war has always been possible and throughout MOST of the game it has been the normal strategy. Heck when i started playing in age 8 u chained people when u were at "war". You've musta been gona a LONG time because even killing people in war has only recently NOT been the norm. For a very signficant part of the game it was standard practice to actually pk every player in the enemy kd. Overall with how u talk u would not survive in most war kds, and your ethics lead me to think that you should be used to geting pk'ed a LOT, because its been the typical response of any decent kd.

THX1912, it is as simple as if people go on stealing like this, everybody will start doing it, and then we won't be able to recover from wars. First stealing, then some will start attacking (some can be absolutely landfat in war/eowcf and it would be very intelligent to attack them!). Then, the game would have to provide the means to stop it so that people can recover from war, when it is much more beautiful the way it is now, not game mechanics, but people respecting it.

Caught arranging a 'fake war', which they claim as 'arranged war with terms', or bishop quoted 'mutually beneficial terms'... thus both KD monarch got deleted + WW removed from Debauchery KD.. although from what majigga, who I assume is Psychosis monarch, posted about what actually happened seems to be a confession that they did fake a war if you can read between the lines :p you can find it in earlier pages..


and now some of their provs or those who have same mindset tries to justify eowcf ops/hits is acceptable by the community (which definitely isnt, from the replies from most peeps so far).. that basically sums it up i think :P
