EOWCF is war or not?

EoWCF is not war. EoWCF is the recovery period after a war. You aren't actively engaging ANYONE. If someone decides they want to hit into your EoWCF you can focus 100% of your efforts towards hitting them back/doing whatever you might want to do to them. You can't do the same in an active war because you're already engaged with your opponent.

Suggesting that these two situations require the same amount of respect is absurd. It's like saying if you're sitting on the sidelines catching your breath that you're still playing.

From my understanding it appears qicquser1 and his KD been employing this low tactics all age. I don't think it really matters when revenge is being taken back as to me it seems like you truly deserve it.

So this is the real utopia community.. this time I have to stand on Saints' side. Don't just join in the wave for fun. If you have the gut, go 1 vs 1 with Saints and settle it clean. If you do like this, I can anytime call my kingdom to be "Kingdom F" and just claim "Oh last time Saints came and plunder us too, let's whack them while they're weak now."

I must disagree, there have been plenty of times when I've come out of a war being 20-30% drafted with barely any defense left. I may be a very easy target for anyone who wants to take me and it would take me a while to come back to remotely fighting shape. Hence, any retaliation is out of the question for probably a month or two. So regardless if I focus 100% one them during this time, the impact I would have would be de minimus.

Of course I do realize. But seriously, all of you NEVER touched ANY eowcf kingdom before? From the day you start playing utopia until now, not even once? Why make such a fuss on this issue. From what I see, yes, earlier I do disagree what Saints have done. It's just not right. But look at all of you, only joining the wave AFTER Kingdom C started PK. And claim that "Yeah Kingdom E is me! And we're taking revenge now, boo hoo!" As what I said, to close this meaningless threads, go msg Saints kingdom now and arrange a war with them. There're few weeks more before EOA. Do it clean. And stop making this PK culture grows. It'll only stop more players from playing utopia.

An EOWCF is between two kingdoms, to all outside parties those kingdoms are in WAR status, as displayed on throne intel and kingdom page. So to say you are hitting into an EOWCF is inaccurate, YOU are hitting into a war. It's designed to limit outside interference for a reason, so if you hit into it unwarranted, don't cry when it comes back to bite you in the ass.

It's that simple.

Of course you can. The game allows it, as what Bishop says. But now imagine you're at war with someone else, and Palem's kingdom came in and PK you. I came in as Kingdom D and attack you as well. Another kingdom called Kingdom E make a full wave mass learn on you as well. All these activities are done during your ACTIVE war. What will you feel?

Again, the same scenario, all the waves and PK from Kingdom D and E, BUT they did in after you finished your current ACTIVE war, when you're now under EoWCF. What will you feel now?

Are these 2 scenarios the same? Yes, because you hit into Palem's kingdom when he's under EoWCF. But getting pound during active war and EoWCF are 2 different stories already. And yet, soooo many forumers failed to understand this, while keep babbling about dishonor etc. Sounds like you yourself are not much better than Saints either.
