Still back to my argument. Settle EoWCF issues in EoWCF. Not into my active war.

LOL ! You don't get to choose your punishment. Deal with it. You got two options, settle it with a cf, or give the other kd a lesson once again and show them that you dictate the terms.
But you have to admit, they did play it well, knowing what would hurt your kingdom most.

I didn't like the bit where sa1nts wanted to turn the war into a FW when they couldn't handle their self inflicted situation.

Well Saints, good luck in handling your diplo with all these kingdoms. Definitely a sad case in failing to be crowned this age because of this issue. But oh well, there'll be many more ages to come in future.

I have not instructed anyone in my kingdom to do whatever they say we did to the kd. Be it hits or robbing. Throughout the whole age, I have more important things to do than to check every plunder we made to make sure it is not into anyone's EoWCF. Worse if I have to monitor who they steal from.

At which point of time, did I say I'm not responsible. I'm saying I don't go around asking people who you plunder? was it EoWCF/War? was it active hostile? To those who stole gc, who they steal from? what stance?

if 1 of my players does a hit into someone elses hostile / war (eowcf) they either get a stern bashing or booted from the kingdom ;)

lol, you're twisting words. You did it multiple times over multiple wars, you were told not to do it again and you did.
A single instance isn't really something that deserves a disproportionate response, just tell them to stay the hell out.
Multiple occasions over multiple wars and having been told stay the **** out or there will be consequences.
If you still do it some sort of escalated response is obviously required since you apparently don't understand anything other than force.

If you can't control your minions then perhaps you should have ingame cf'ed the kd in question because then your minions can neither steal nor plunder the kingdom in question.
