faeries and halflings are hardly fully nerfed with these changes, they just no longer spend all war being completely unbreakable, generally untouchable, and with enough thieves to hardly ever fail on attackers, which is exactly how it should be.
Take a look at pretty much every top war the past few ages, most kingdoms avoid getting their t/m's getting hit altogether, and those that get them hit down hardly stops them from opping since they usually stay within 200% of NW range of the attacking core anyways. Its clearly imbalanced when every war results in both sides' T/Ms at 180 NWPA and every attacker at less than 100. Now thief mages just can't be fully immune from thief/magic and attacks, but most, even with the changes, should be able to stay immune from 2 of the 3, which is how it should be.
