The game devs signed, sealed and delivered SWEA the crown by granting them max time end of war ceasefire for a war they deemed fake. SWEA would probably have won anyway, but the end of the age would have been a lot more interesting if the devs acted appropriately.
I am not arguing SWEA didn't win the age, that is undeniable, but they had a very long string of good fortune to help them along the way.

Simians is farm for 54 ages and Anri is proved worst leader in utopia but he is much better Human from Mansoor.

Bishop is the one that deals with the ingame stuff so he should know what went down and didnt better than you. SWEA didnt get max time eowcf, if you played in AMA last age you should know this but I guess you dont care about facts you just like to spite out nonsense cause you are butthurt.

You still cant understand what wrong did your kd last age. CFs and Notices deals is system for provide relative fair chances 2 kds to war and prepare before it. How you set your CFs is part from KD skill and its affect all kds around. Past 10 ages there never was 2 kds drop his CF and set "legit war" just because one from them got notice. Your kd abuse all system because you decide: notices are for let you choice where to farm your land. You got notice for prepare war us not set farm/fake war with pew pew.
I had my argues with ABS but we never had this kind lame situation in past. Simians Farmed to HoH age (54?) but its was result from mad decision and mistake for send notice 3 kds same time. Age 57 was first age when Pew Pew bring this play in top. After won his another war they told ABS will farm out to AMA if ABS don't cf them. Next age another ghetto (Debauchery) grow and ****s started. Its why kds with no self respect is better to being farmed early so they wont affect chart like it again.
