The amount of counteroffers provided by you cello have been 0. I don't think it's our job to come up with proposals so that a kd can manage to dodge us. If you actually want to diplo all you have to do is pm me with ideas that are different from "you guys owe us long cf's + extensions because we want them."

You claim that the moral thing is to not demand who wars who and yet you are demanding to us that you war pyro instead of us. Obviously we both want the other person to war a different person, so I'm not entirely sure why you believe yourself to be eligible for moral high ground. If you're actually interested in changing your cf situation(which currently invites us to notice you and hit you before anyone else has hit you), instead of just wanting to swear at us in pm and complain here, you know where to find me.

edit: also, you don't need your sitting to be out in order for it to run out if you were to set it for 2 weeks. 2+2=4. 4>3.

Being one of the dominating kingdoms in the game comes with a responsibility. A responsibility to keep things fair and even in the top, and sometimes this requires you to turn a kingdoms 0% chances into 10% by letting them war another kingdom and reaping the benefits afterwards. Havoc have clearly shown that they value quick success over morality. We'll see where it brings them.

I could reference situations also, but I see no point. Everyone has mishaps and those go both ways. This isn't what I'm debating.

I agree that no kingdom has the right to say who another kingdom can or cannot war. This applies to you, also. Just because CR happen to be in a position of power (first time in.. 3 ages against you... How have you treated them?), doesn't mean that they have no right to notice you, which is what your kingdom has continuously come out with. The sad cycle in utopia is that the action they take against you now in this situation is something you will use against them in the future, despite how you have treated them in the past. And when you take vengeance, no matter the form, they will hold it against you and use it against you in the future.

The community is literally unwilling to break this cycle. With power, we often lack responsibility. Specifically, we lack responsibility when it comes to dealing with anyone we think we have a reason to not like.

Similarly, had we been in the position Havoc was in now, and we were asked to keep the notice period intact while they go war another kingdom (not an increase in notice, like topsy makes everyone believe up there), after which we would still easily be in a position to farm them out, we would have given them that courtesy. A courtesy that Zauper was willing to extend to us, but that the rest of his shady council can't seem to bring up.

1) you asked us to go find another kd to war. Which kd are you suggesting that the war is fair? If the 1st kd asking the 2nd kd to war is not fair, and the 3rd kd will war the 2nd kd, which other kd is potentially fair?

2) Up until 1 week ago before AMA get razed, pryo is about 15-20k smaller than AMA. And AMA is about 20k smaller than CR. If AMA warring pryo is considered fair, why is CR warring AMA is not considered fair?

3) AMA last war is with Rage, thats about 2 weeks ago? 2 weeks of preparation is not enough to war any kd?

As far as i know, you have talked to various poeple from CR. The deal proposal you guys giving is still the same.

Im busy and dont really have to reply all post, special if its inaccurate. AMA didn't hit last age ED/Pew Pew in his hostile/wars. Our cf with Pyro was set short before pyro and Simians war start and they asked us for fair deal and not vulture them. So we extend cf for 2 weeks and keep it fair.

About the situation last age where Fratzia hit into our war vs pyro:

My situation is complete different. Our cf is still not expired and Havoc try to call us dibs and tell us we cant war any other kd when they know long ago there is plans for both kds to war. Its lame power play from havoc and its going to fire them back.

1. next age dont cf all kds till yr 9-10 and you can get wars.
2. Pyro was in war and needed time for his explore. We are same size now. You just don't understand game so don't comment it.

They didnt owe anything towards Fratzia, why should they care if they train up or not? Its not their business, but I guess you go around telling enemy kds what your plans are all the time.
