That might be true, but I do know how the over inflated egos of the players work. If you have a chance to totally beat someone down even after trying to dealbreak to get some type of advantage, you're not going to arrange a GB. You're going to beat them down, and then remind them about it for the next 12 years on the forums.

Getting rid of cows is unbelievably easy to do if the devs really wanted to do it. Don't allow exploring when overpop. I've said it before. They limit ops when overpop, why not exploring. There are still good explore builds for a solo prov but good luck defending your larger growth early age while in an explore build.

I'm not certain, but I took it as meaning that given equal strategy ability and activity, the kd with the cow win.

Which this nub agrees with.

That doesn't mean that kd's with better strat and activity won't beat a cow kd without those factors.

Or that cow is more important than strat or activity.

Just that the best have all three. :)

not all cows are equal, if it is easily able to be opped and only 2x size of non cows it is not very scary :D

That's "just" a province that starts ub? A cow is, to this nub, of such size it can not broken with ops easily due to size difference and defensive ability, can't be hit, but can hit others while still having an econ.

By this definition we (Pew) had no cows against AMA last age. Which I would disagree with. So I think your definition is rather black and white when the truth lies somewhere in the grey.
