Hostile is if both kingdoms are engaged with each other (as far as i know Panda is not being hit back).

War is if KD page says so, again i cant see that, so plz explain how thats a deal break?.

Emeriti isnt hitting back and Emeriti is already being at war, so not sure how you (Pandas) can claim its a hostile/war.. As far as i can see there is no dealbreak here if these are the things your base a dealbreak on.

Ignore Ghetto_King's post regarding serving a 48hours notice. There is no notice currently served, and he's not in leadership.

However, the facts have been presented that it seems like Panda have been semi-pumping and all during the last few days behind the awar (bpa have been posted 3 pages back), and I'm still wondering when can my kingdom ever serve notice.

Fact: at no point has cj messaged me regarding any of this.
