I dont get what the problem is, if CJ wants to notice that panda kd why cant he? It's each kingdoms decision to get into the AWAR.

Those that did not shouldn't be punished for it.

Or am I misreading whats going on?

it gets complicated when everyone on both sides knows whats going on and thus the awar kds can soften pandas up beforehand.
