(2) You declare on them willingly, knowing they are in no position to offer a competitive war
(3) They, to nobody's surprise, do not offer you a competitive war, while you benefit greatly
Because you declared on them willingly, you have officially willingly engaged in a fake war.
Emeriti gets actioned but could care less at this stage of the game.
FS gets actioned as well, for willingly engaging in a non-competitive (fake) war.
Who loses in the end? ;)
Let's just hope Bishop holds to his precedents of punishing willing participants of fake wars, even if they are fighting as if it were a normal war.
