I did start that thread. It was yr 10 in game. Now the real legit notice you sent us was Jan 13 yr 10 but was "backdated" to July 24th yr 9. So when exactly was notice served? I still can't find original notice. Like I said maybe you sent to one of the nub provs?

Annyway the whole story remains: we noticed u, cj notices us after that despite the fact he agreed on a term of not noticing into notice and thats about it - deal break.

I am giving you the benefit of the doubt here. It should be easy to check your sent mail. Just forward the notice to me. It will have the time and date and everything. You say you noticed yr9. I want to believe you. I am kind of excited to do some retal learns. You got that good sci. But like I said just show me the notice. It isn't asking for much. Its not like I'm asking for 11k acres.

You mean .. like flogger claimed in the forum he noticed Crazies already and that was just a troll to bump the forums :). If you want to notice a KD you need to officially inform them. If you dont inform them there is no notice. Really embarassing you forgot that.
