Summary: Pyro was the only top10 KD recruiting and he thought he would meet the requirements and get accepted. So he told his KD he was joining Pyro despite not even having contacted them
To draw Pyro's attention, he figured hitting into the KD they war, would do exactly that.

This sounds very strange, are you sure there isn't more to it? Are you sure that he wasn't in contact with them before his plunder even if they didn't ask for the plunder? I don't know if I've ever heard of anyone assuming they were automatically accepted to a kingdom without even talking to them before. The name deadpool sounds familiar to me also and not just from the comic book character.
