Virtual Thoughts:
The center in question was what impact the halflings would have depending on personality. The convertible offensive spec was a positive that works. WS provide the option to avoid ambush which serves elite conversions. The strat is based in topsy recommended alignment but echoes some of the features Ethan and a few others recommended. Not quite a pure war strat, I wanted top feeder capability.
What I envision is a mod to the CR war strat with the necessity of TVK spread.
Further:
This version of TVK may likely change. Not for lack of efficiency but because I feel an obligation to provide the player a chance to run a province they'd enjoy.
