Like I always say deals in Uto is like writing it down on a piece of paper, then trying to piss all over each other without getting it wet.
Crude it may be, but.... actually that's all i've got.
I admit our leadership was crappy, we should have just kept hitting Spartans until they stopped whining and offered a CF. The whole deal thing was a mistake. And the issue with the land drops was purely that Swagger was going to arrange them before RL hit him. I was kinda dumped in the deep end there. That and the fact that no one in our KD was super excited for the war was why I wanted to cancel it. And I was hoping that since we were decent and stopped waving you maybe you'd be decent and agree to cancel the war, but I suppose that's not how Utopia works. I'm not meant to be leading a KD, I don't have the experience for this! I believe that everyone is honest and decent and fair which is a bad assumption to make when the whole point of the game is to destroy your opponent through whatever means!
But don't you dare question our warring ability! We went into this war with no real win condition. They beat us through preparation and set-up, not actual warring skills. How very rude of you Feint!
Well said.
Though you should understand that deals are deals. This isnt about being decent. The point of having a 3rd party to witness was to make sure neither of the kds will back out. Sparta cant just accept you walking away when they prepard a lot of days for the war, right?
By third party do you mean your ex-monarch who arranged everything? :P
Anyway, there's no bitterness from me towards your KD (however I cannot say the same for my KD-mates). There's clearly a reason you guys haven't lost a war in a while, and I don't think it's purely luck ;)
Btw, who's the real Spartans?
I've seen 2 kds tagged as Spartans all age. One has temporarily changed its tag only recently but the whole province name theme is spartan tagged
