A freeakstyle war is never late, nor is it early, it arrives precisely when it means to
Spartans just started waving Divinity despite them having a eoa cf.
This is the same Spartans who a week or so ago offered to war Divinity and give them a free warwin after 48h, -if- Divinity agreed to not hit or op their T/Ms in war. Divinity of course refused such a shady deal.
Guess we know what kind of kd Spartans are now :)

1. You got until end of 7th to finish hits.
2. CF will be offered now, and only accepted after the full wave is done and no later than 7th (be it final minute of the 7th).
3. Once in-game CF is accepted it means both sides are in an official End of Age Ceasefire.

i have at least one Asian that MAY be late "dick gordan" i'll harass him but ideally he should be last hit and ideally before the 7th. Otherwise sure if he makes it i'll accept end of 7th (he'd be like a couple min into the 8th at worst) that sounds fine.
Either way it wont go till like the 10th+. i'll accept as soon as last hits come out. as for CF yes both sides in an official EOA cf.

Is it a technicality? Yes it is. Given the fact we gave Dicks a FREE CF after their war so they could pump up, then them BREAKING CF and HITTING US INTO PUMP BUILDS WHILE 800-900K NW bigger, this is warranted.
Those at the top that want to break their CFs and GB us because of persain's bad diplo, so be it.

i even said we MAY be late, we may even HIT after the 7th. but i'd be a eoa cf if we cf'ed. all i got was "please hurry" that is in no way a "no we arent cfing"
you guys asked us for that cf i didnt need it and if u guys had wanted to war us we'd of been fine with geting waved. but heaven wanted a cf up to stop stealing/randoms while/if we could "agree" to some terms. WE broke cf and waved when he offered us the fake war thats in the pastebin

Did you specify that if you do not cf on 7th then its not eoacf?
Also did Persian made any hits into 8 before accepting cf?
If answers are no for both then yes you deal broke!

Yep, I was in his ghetto when this happened. He suicided his province then let the TM province he was to take over quad learn it, likely for 500k+ books.
I called him out for it but he basically said it wasn't technically against the rules, but agreed it was poor form.

You were not offered a fake war dicks. You were offered a real war with the guarantee that we would WD min time. Since winning our last war and going 4/4 we had approached about 15 kds looking for war offering all sorts of concessions to the kds to get them to war us, no one was willing. So our offer to you was to guarantee you a WW so you would be willing to war us at all, we'd rather war knowing we are going to WD min time then just sit idle. You broke off a CF that was for the duration of negotiations and waved us while we were still trying to negotiate. Maybe technically it wasnt a DB because you unilaterally decided that negotiations were over, but you still broke and waved us on a technicality while we were trying to negotiate in good faith. Then we offered you an EOA CF if you would accept the CF on the 7th and....

The EOA CF deal was you take it on the 7th, even the last minute of the 7th. Technically you did not take that deal as offered, and after taking the CF later then was written into the deal you did not attempt any more negotiations. You just assumed we would never wave you... like we assumed you would not break cf and wave us while we were negotiating a war deal. Well what goes around comes around, you want to break cfs on technicalities and farm a kd while they are in pump build then expect the same to be done to you. You did not meet the deal for an EOA CF and you did not attempt to renegotiate for one. Cry foul all you want but this is how contracts work in the real world. If i am selling a truck for 1,000 you cant give me 500 and drive off with it with out renegotiating the contract. Saying that we didnt specify that taking the CF later then 7th ment no EOA CF doesnt hold up, we offered a EOA CF to be accepted by 7th and it was not. Taking a cf after that means nothing with out renegotiating with us, you didnt take the eoa cf deal so it was just a blank cf. typically we honour blank cfs on good faith, but yall already broke that with us.
