anyway, we're not stupid to destroy our reputation just because we hate divinity for the wave they did and we badly wanted revenge. we have a reason for breaking that cf because we strongly believe its not an eoacf. this wouldnt have happened if persain didnt get greedy in that 1 hit on a tm and simply accepted that cf on the 7th which bart REALLY EMPHASIZED NO LATER THAN 7TH. i mean they made 2 waves alrdy why make it a big deal on a last hit. we simply want that cf to be accepted on the 7th.

and as for Emeriti helping their ally and hitting us in an eoacf (technically we broke it first because they meant to break it anyway), this is not the first time Emeriti is involved in something, is it?

Why make a big deal (ie dealbreak) over the fact that the last hit was made late 7th and that the cf was accepted just minutes into the 8th? A span of a few minutes? What possible consequence did that have for the deal itself? If you guys felt so strongly about the 7th, why werent u online to withdraw that ingame cf offer when seconds remained of the 7th since that was when, according to your view, the cf offer ended?

You seem so hung up on, and certain that the ingame CF dictated everything, and made or broke the standing deal, still you didnt withdraw your ingame CF late on the 7th? You left it there to be accepted on the 8th.

Since in your eyes, everything revolves around the ingame cf, simply not withdrawing it late 7th can just as well be seen as accepting Persains word that any deal made will be an eoa cf and that his last hitter will hit later on, maybe 7th but no later then 10th, and he will then accept the ingame cf?

If 'you thought' we were supposed to break it anyways then you should have waited for us to break it.

Secondly Emeriti is/was involved but not as many times as you guys have been involved in this one age itself.

Thirdly if you guys were on your word that cf had to be accepted on 7th then you should have withdrawn it one minute before 7th or a few seconds after 8th. But you didn't. So that clearly shows that you indirectly agreed to Persian's post of between 7th to 10th.(like shai csaid)

So technically you deal broke not one but two kingdoms.

We offered a CF that was EOA under certain terms, they took the CF but not under terms we agreed to. We were under no obligation to clarify the mistake for them, we owed them nothing. They didnt deserve the favor of pointing out their obvious mistake after they waved us. The only difference it made is we could wave them back with out DB this age instead of waiting till next age.

If you dont want a kd to get nitpicky and hold you to the exact language of a CF deal then maybe dont piss off a kd by waving them during war negotiations? Dynastie boosters or Spartan haters can spin it how they want but we offered a deal and the deal was not taken. Doesnt matter if they missed the deal by an inch or a mile, the bottom line is they didnt meet the explicitly stated requirements for the CF to be until EOA. If they took a CF that didnt meet the deal we offered them and walked away it is not our problem, the burden of fixing good diplo with a kd they waved is on them... not on us.

2 questions have been specifically asked. Why not answer them?

1) why was there no mention that cf will not be accepted or eoacf wont be considered if accepted after 7th.
2) why didn't you cancel the cf a few seconds before or after 8th?

You keep referring to Divinity warring during war negotiations. Negotiations were 100% over when we waved.

First, we tried to arrange a legit war, except as your current king stated (after we made the EoA CF)

Legit war negotiations ended because you guys demanded a <20 minute hostile, we wouldn't agree to it.

Following legit war negotiations, you started to try to negotiate a fake war, which we instantly turned down. We told you there was no way we were ever going to agree to any fake war, involving agreed WD, agreed provs to not hit, ops to not use, ect.

There were no war negotiations on going when we waved. We even told you before we waved, if you wanted a war loss to blemish your perfect WW record so you could get some more ghettos to agree to war you, you were about to have the button and you could do with it what you wanted.. my words not persains exactly ;)

Finally, you keep saying we got 2 waves in on you before accepting cf. We made 4 trads and then some bounces, 12 hours later we did a full wave after it was clear you weren't going to war. Hardly two full waves.
