I just said that I have no problem with ppl who choose to call it a deal break. I do have a problem with people claiming it's a clear deal break when a clearly stated stipulation wasn't met. As for those people, I don't know them or have any idea why they would or would not see things one way or another. I also don't know if all of them actually said it was a clear deal break or if they just said they would not hit emerati if emerati broke cf and waved us... or if they said any thing at all. Doesnt matter much to me though because they are not the supreme court of UTO.

We don't see ourselves as victims. We pulled a tricky move that backfired and now we are paying for it. Compensation asked for by our enemies is more then we are willing to pay so it goes on. We might have made a boondoggle out of diplo maneuvers but we can eat an oow GB well enough. I clearly see that bart has made enemies, that also explains a lot about why this diplo maneuver blew up in his face. It's not so much that waving a kd on a technical default in diplo is unique, but Bart has enemies... (does he deserve those enemies, IDK but probably. he is an ass lol).

Their last offer was flat eoacf's to us and emeriti (even though another kd hit them too)---if emeriti returns back 10k of the 13k acres they took, "We will not seek further compensation from Divinity" and they wont admit it was a dealbreak. Haven't made any real counters as ^^ kinda offer is just insulting.

However, at a minimum before anything comes up bart is probubly going to have to admit he deal broke because any cf's terms whatever cant really be even considered unless he understands what a cf is and how it works. At the harshest end of my dreaming is him having to get my okay before he can enter any war "next age" to ensure hes not trying to trick anyone into anything. Thats over the top i know but given his actions thats where my mind goes to as "i'll make sure you'll never do this to someone who cant stand up to you." So to all wondering work down from that to something "Reasonable" and u'll probubly see what happens
