i think that's generally feint's way of diplo, for those who have diplo-ed with his kd before. there is no such thing as normal way. emeriti waved us as well but in the end we just CF-ed and gave them essentially a free wave. but if you are asking for free hits to get prov crown, i.e. chart shaping, then in no way he is gonna give that.

i think we should come up with a community made rule-book. can some1 assist to set this up? at least there would be something to fall back and refer to when things like this happen. would be pretty cool imo. and every age this 'community rule-book' changes with age changes which will definitely present a new set of metagame considering utopia is gearing towards diplomacy more than wars now.

for example, 'no EOACFs to be made this age. even if they are made breaking it would not be considered dealbreak. do it at your own risk' something along those lines.

Every kingdom has its own code of ethics and any community created additional rules would not be followed. That being said if you are a kingdom that deal breaks this reputation will follow you and affect how other kingdoms interact with you so there is a already certain code of ethics that's enforced through this mechanism.

FS was 114.7k honor, and gaining more every wave from bottomfeeding
SS was 111.6k honor and was prepping for war hence will not be gaining any more

You already have honor crown secured. But wasn't enough for your own egos, needed to smash and bash any opposition, even though SS had no interest in crown.

Wouldn't be the first time the honorcharts make a spin in the last week of the age with dubious wars and warwins.
3k is hardly 'secured'. We got 8k honor from our WW and our combined honor was much less.
And by defenition a bottomfeed wave doesn't give much honor. If they took lots of honor from you, they where in good (probably 90-110%) NW range.

You sir are well out of the loop. SS offered to war FS but they declined, not the other way around. Of course FS had to drop nw and land to set up a war because they were out of declare range of SS, but they had no interest to drop land, so there's that. SS also agreed to war Divinity who were also larger, and they were in the process of finding someone to drop their land to war SS, before FS decided to have none of it and waved SS down while way out of declare range.

Likewise had SS declined offers from FS to war prior (confirmed by one of your leaders).
And FS declined because they'd rather not war again over xmas/new year. Both cases are fine.

I get that hitting into hostile is lame but hitting someone who isn't hostile is fair game?
First people hide behind fake hostile tags and now a lot of people faketag war agreed to try and not get hit. (note: not saying SS did this, but it's a VERY common thing)

The funny thing about this thread is that the bully is also bullying the thread.

It's easy to see what is happening. FS are obviously abusing smaller kingdoms for honor crown. The long debate is just a smoke screen to how obvious it is.

If I'd ask you regardless of this discussion "What would bullying look like in utopia?" - you'd describe they very behavior FS demonstrated throughout the age.

No one in their right mind would find anything "honorable" about FS "strategy" this age. If you ask me - this needs to be fixed.

The top honor hitting other honor kingdoms/provs mid to late age is nothing new. Are you all new to Utopia that you haven't seen this happen before?
It happens every single age.

Like 10 of my guys have attacked for between 10 and 15k honor in a few weeks. They've hit smaller kingdoms, but all their targets where 90-110% NW (most ~100%) since that gives optimal gains.
Stop blaming people for how a mechanic works. Defend your honor and get with the system instead of this nagging.
