this is awesome, I hope they listen to you. Whoever does the diplo should be monarch or as you stated at least let the other kingdom know who to do diplo with, regardless of retals or not. Or alternatively message your diplo guy and tell them you got mail and they can answer.
I did not get a response at all for I think 20 hours or so. In that time I only got one response from a player referring to the banner and telling me I should be nervous..not quoting, but it was along those lines. I remember cause stuff like that doesn't happen every day.
Our definition of bullying may be slightly different but that's okay, we don't all have to think the same.
I do believe that even in your case the SS thing was a case of bullying then though. I don't have the news , only going what was said , so correct me if I am wrong. FS waved SS. SS said can we CF. FS said no, only if you don't compete for honor and you can't war again till eoa and you can't war any of our allies.
Had FS said, okay we waved , we cf and move on, chances are this would have never even made the news.
And the thing you said about bullying not being a actionable defense...says who? where is a copy of those rules? Who mad those rules? How many kingdoms know about these rules?
I know that someone , sometime, somewhere made a set of rules. I know from heresay what they are. But at no time have I ever seen a written up set of rules, nor have any new players to the game and I doubt it for a lot of the players that have been playing for a few ages. These are the rules of the Alliance as far as I know. However none of the kingdoms hitting are members of said alliance. I am not saying they don't have merit. But what are the chances that any of those kingdoms hitting would get the support of the alliance if they were in the same situation. I might, but only cause I have some friends. But if someone hit into for example ruthless war, would the alliance come and raze their opponent? Would you?
I am not making excuses for my actions. Razing into your war was wrong, I was angry and defending my kingdom.
What I don't understand is why bullying is not an actionable offense. While hitting into a war, effects one war, bullying will effect the whole community. Is a war more important than the health of Utopia? And if people stood up and said, we want this to be an actionable offense, why couldn't they make it a law. A system of law is only binding if brought forward by an authority, who is this authority? Is it the current crown holders that hold justice in their hands? Do they rule Utopia? If that is the case , then it would be super awesome if that was common knowledge.

Aiming for 10 wars Korp, wondering if we can find a ghetto mid age to get honour up for ED and for CR & Panda at least we know how to empty pool and wave... But as most know we give up after 24hrs and wd when acres are gone, sometime after the 48hr mark.

Actually I'm just the person who messages in the forums. So things tried are not actually my call, however I'll state again we did not fake war nor initiate a gb. No matter how badly you want me to be your dirty little bad boy
