Then OOP rolls around and suddenly CR doesn't want an OOP war. There's nothing vague about it lol

My point for that challenge was simple (and I've said multiple times).
1. There is nothing impressive in having 5000 bpa when you are full of CF and explored all age. Nobody touched you. Every single mediocre player in Utopia can archieve that with Extrem Study for 2 months - like you did. That is why NOT impressive for me at least. You get 72 bpa per 24h of Extreme study. Your 5000 bpa is the equivalent of 70 hours of Extreme Study.... do you really call that impressive? Let's be serious!
2. I challenged your waring capacity and I proposed you a fair war in OOP when nobody have science, nobody has any advantages! Both kingdoms start equal and with the same resources. May the best win!
3. You proved that you are AFRAID of waring in equal terms. You will only war when you have a strong advantage, when you have growed and you have pumped. Everybody can war 20% smaller kingdoms after they pumped...

If you want us to sit around and not grow to war on "equal terms" on the off chance that you aren't trolling and even HAVE a kingdom, that your kingdom is the location you say it is, or you're running that pathetic setup that you claim to be running and will actually wave us when we're revealed to each other, that's not going to happen.
