Hey guys, if noone else apart from CR is going to do it, I will. Zauper is a GREAT guy and a GREAT player. Am I pissed off he took land from me by force after us being their "allies" for 2 ages, yes I was. However, he was doing what was in his rights to do so. I also very much believe in the fact that many KDs simply do not want to fight them and therefore they're forced to either be dicks or get their land in other ways.

Same time Pandas also have their rights to be aggrieved because they seemingly take the "harder" route, be it by volition or forced to.

I would highly recommend everyone here to just interact as respectful adults. We've all done dumb stuff in this game, not one of us is entirely clean. Everyone is equally wrong and right. Now, let's get back to this war.

Well, we would have noticed you when you came OOW. Sure, you could have waved Spartans immediately, but that's probably a bad call on your part. Initiating conflict with a kd half your size during #1/#2 notice is usually frowned on.

They probably would have opped back, but it would have been relatively meaningless. You could have pushed to get more acres from elsewhere as well, but that doesn't change the fact that we are better served by being aggressive than nice, and taxing is us being nice. Maybe you push div to give you 25k acres instead of 10k if we take 15k off Spartans. GL absorbing another 10k acres and prepping for war at the same time?

I'm not pissed off at us for having 0 wars. I'm annoyed that you guys are complaining we've had no wars. We've been open to warring on multiple occasions, but people ask us to not war us instead and if we can extend them -- and we've been generous on that. You can't simultaneously ask us to extend you because you feel like you'd be at a disadvantage warring us and want to war us fairly, and then complain that we continue to grow without wars while you convince weaker kds to war you instead of us.

I'm pissed off that we go out of our way to be generous and nice to kds that are at a disadvantage vs us and all we get for it is **** in the forums.

Shrug, ok. You can pretend there's a difference between our playstyles if you want just because you have wars and we don't. The biggest difference I see is that you have had better luck in either timing CFs for wars or convincing kds to fight you instead of us. If that's our fault for being 'too strong', then so be it.

If it's 'pussy' for us to extend you for free so we can have a more even fight, then I'm sorry we're so pussy. If it's 'pussy' for us to have gotten less free 'tax' acres than you this age, then so be it. I'm glad you've enjoyed your wars.

It seems to me that you feel like we should lose the age, or our playstyle is bad, because people haven't been willing to war us all age and we've been nice and respected that -- and that is the epitome of the honor/WW tier logic. It's not that we haven't had a war because we've been dodging them (I don't even know how we would do that), it's because every kd in range has opted to war someone else, and we haven't pushed the issue.

The div situation is a perfect example. They setup a deal with you guys to enable them to dodge us, but if we wanted to force the issue we could have because the deal was poorly worded (as I pointed out to both you and them). You initially even said that you wanted us to war them so you guys could pump and whore to match us in growth and you were worried that they would farm out to you. Then you said that you were going to refuse to extend them. At that point, we have two options -- we can force our poorly worded deal (and get conflict + a lot of drama), or we can just go grow so that we feel like we can compete with the winner, who we expect to win big (and who did!). So we grew. And it seems like you're upset that we didn't let you get a significant land advantage vs us through war, which doesn't really make sense to me. While you simultaneously complain that we didn't fight any wars. Well hello, we could have fought one there. Or we could have just fought you after BB instead of doing the nice thing and extending you for free so that you could pump to compete with us. But yeah, we're the bad guys for not warring or whatever.

I'm not sure what I'm asking people to buy, but OK. You guys seem to be the ones with an axe to grind. Which is interesting, since we were friendly up until about a week and a half to two weeks ago, which I guess is around when we trained up to grow while you were fighting div.

Really Zauper, we could have hit Spartans any time this age.

Let's have a nice war, no need to throw stuff. CR is an excellent kd with great players and has the top position for this war, but Pandas have been perfect and did what the game needs these days, a top kd who wars it's way up, should be a fun and exciting war.
