I think he failed to read that fort doesn't impact raze damage.

Euhm. No. Not really. As you could probably notice by now, I didn`t falter in front of Binar, who, even if he annoys the hell out of me, is after all monarch of #1. Give the Caesars what belongs to Caesar. Even tho` he died stabbed in the back. So if you refer to raze killing - that won`t work, won`t stop anybody from stealing, ever.

If you want to make your intentions known, send in a few razes/hits and a message explaining why and demanding a Cf. I`m positive the Cf will be accepted. But sending in only two razes ... without any clear explanation on why ... Can be taken as just an angry attacker trying to get revenge.
