It looks like the U had switched to fort at OOP, then they switched 24 hours later to normal. Then less than 48 hours later they switched back to fort. Age changes said this shouldn't be possible.

the 96h cooldown, is it only happen when the KD use maximum fort 72h or any amount of fort time - below 72h?

How did the U cheat? We put one of our guys in a kd to give us a farm war? That's rich that Sparta accuses anyone of cheating. And as far as fort is concerned we went fort after maintenance was done on fort so we assumed fort was allowed. Don't hate the player hate the game. Not sure I even understand the fort changes anyway. Bart just mad he got schooled by The U. And yes The U is a warring kd. We have no interest in a land crown. We grow to war people like emeriti and the likes.
